Use in the kitchen:
The use of the whole summer truffle is the same as the fresh truffle, from appetizers to first courses, or on a second course based on meat or fish. Excellent to use also on eggs or on a fresh mozzarella. It is advisable not to heat it too much as the flavor of the truffle would tend to disperse.
