Truffle slicer and brushes

The truffle is one of the most valuable raw materials of Italian cuisine and recognized all over the world for its quality. Even raw use, in strips, requires some preparation.

To clean it you will need a natural bristle brush, effective but soft and delicate on the surface of the tuber. Brushing will help you remove all unwanted residues and clean the truffle before cutting.

To slice it, help yourself with a special slicer. All our truffle slicers have a serrated stainless steel blade, indeteriorating and which preserves the thread for many uses. Just adjust the thickness of the cut to choose the size to give to the slices, to best enrich your delicious preparations.
