We select the finest raw materials and skillfully combine them with the truffle, which we have been cultivating for generations in the rich undergrowth of the Apennines between Molise and Abruzzo. We have studied conservation techniques that allow us not to use synthetic additives to make our products safe for a long time, without distorting the delicacy and quality of the starting ingredients.
