Honey of own production
The wisdom of bees and nature joins generations of families who process honey and put it up for sale to enjoy its extraordinary flavor all over the world. The nature that surrounds us is rich in biodiversity in terms of flowers, plants and animals. The climate is perfect to allow bees, delicate as they are indispensable, to thrive and produce the most precious honey. We have been producing, collecting and treating honey for decades, both traditional and flavored with truffles: try it with desserts, such as ice cream, cakes, cheese-cake and crepes, but also to season and enrich a cheese or croutons for the appetizer or aperitif, in the most classic of our local sweet and sour traditions.
