The use of our ground summer truffle ranges from bruschetta, to a first course, mixing it in a pan with cooking water and butter, or oil, depending on your tastes. You can also use it to cream ricotta and serve it as an appetizer, or even use it in the stuffing of ravioli, cannelloni, gnocchi, to fill a white lasagna! Also excellent in omelettes and on eggs.
